At TheDailyEquip, we offer a variety of trusted payment methods so you can check out with confidence. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe — one of the world's most secure and widely trusted payment platforms, compliant with the highest PCI-DSS Level 1 standards.

How Your Payment Is Processed

When you complete your purchase at TheDailyEquip, your payment information is securely transmitted directly to Stripe's servers via an encrypted HTTPS connection. We never store your full card number — only a tokenised reference that cannot be used to make purchases. All card data is handled exclusively by Stripe in their PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant environment.

Payment is collected at the time of order placement to allow us to begin processing your order immediately. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Our Delivery Confirmation Model

We operate a customer-confirmed delivery system for added peace of mind. After your order is marked as delivered by our courier, you will receive an email asking you to confirm receipt. Full payment is held securely until delivery is confirmed (or 14 days after delivery, whichever comes first). This protects you against non-delivery issues.
