Where Is My Order?

Thank you for shopping with TheDailyEquip! Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. This email is typically sent within 24–48 hours of your order being placed.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check your email inbox for a dispatch confirmation from support@thedailyequip.co.uk. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
2. Click the tracking link in the email to be taken directly to the carrier's tracking page, or copy your tracking number.
3. Visit the carrier's tracking website and enter your tracking number in the search box to see the latest status of your delivery.

Tracking Not Showing?

If your tracking number is not yet showing results, please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan and register your parcel in their system after dispatch. Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours of the dispatch email being sent.

Expected Delivery Times

• Processing time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation
• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch
• Remote UK areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, NI): up to 12 business days total

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch date, not order date.

Order Hasn't Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the situation within 5–10 business days. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
